Activate and deactivate your equipment
In the Navbar, we choose equipment.
On the tab that appears, we can choose between activating a physical product we have already purchased or being redirected to the e-shop to buy one. Click the activate button.
In the pop-up window, you will be asked to enter the ID and the code that you will receive from us when your product is shipped. You will also be asked to select which profile you want to link the card to.
You can change this at any time, even after completing this process. Click Activate.
A new page opens where we see a list of all our physical products. From here, we can manage the status of the product (active or inactive), the linked profile, as well as preview or edit the specific profile.
